DESCRIPTION:Richard Buckland is a Professor of Cybercrime Cyberwar and Cyb
 erterror at UNSW\n\nHe is the Director of SECedu - the UNSW/CommBank Secur
 ity Engineering Capability partnership\,  Director of Education of the UNS
 W Institute for Cyber Security and serves on the advisory boards of a numb
 er of other educational institutions including the cyber advisory board fo
 r TAFE NSW.  He has served as Director of Professional Education and Chair
  of the Academic Board of the Australian Computer Society\, Director of Ed
 ucation of the Australian Centre for Cyber Security\, long term member of 
 the UNSW Academic Board\, and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Au
 stralia.\n\nHe was the Australian and New Zealand Engineering Educator of 
 the Year (Engineers Australia) and the Australian ICT Educator of the Year
  (iAwards) and has been the recipient of 10 national and international pee
 r reviewed awards in teaching and education including awards from the Aust
 ralian College of Educators and the Australian Learning and Teaching Counc
 il.  He frequently appears in the the media on cybersecurity and related
  issues.  He has been training highly sought after cyber attackers and def
 enders for over 20 years\, has taught nearly twenty thousand students face
  to face and hundreds of thousands online where his videos have received m
 illions of views.  He is a passionate educator with great faith in his stu
 dents.
